Narkel Patisapta

Patisapta is a traditional Bengali sweet, especially popular during the festival of Makar Sankranti. It is essentially thin crepes made from a mixture of rice flour, all-purpose flour, and semolina, filled with a mixture of khoya (reduced solidified milk), coconut, and jaggery.
